Extend Apple Dock Capabilities with HyperDock Alternative

Increasingly, I see, not on forums and reddit, that HyperDock is not updated and for many users it does not even work, the developer does not respond to emails and that HyperDock is dead.
I decided to make an alternative to HyperDock. I have all the necessary technologies, since I use most of the technologies in the Apple Dock alternative ActiveDock
